Sant Julià de Ramis mountain and the congost

Cradle of cultures and recovery of a natural legacy

These lands have been populated since prehistory. There have been remains in the cave of Cau de les Goges, for example. In the Iberian period at the top of the mountain, an important Iberian village was developed direct from the current Girona. In Roman times some villages arose, and at the time of autumn and visigothic it worked like military fortification. These remains can be visited delivery to the top of the mountain.
