It has an area of almost 15 km² and a population of 720 inhabitants scattered among different neighborhoods. The village of Roman origin has two different areas: the wooded area of the Gavarres massif with beautiful places full of pine trees and cork oaks which contrast with the cultivated fields. The Greenways go through this municipality and you will find routes to do on foot or cycling as for instance the route to the Sant Cristofol del Bosc hermitage.
