This is a high level route that runs through the municipality of Sant Gregori.

We start from the Sant Gregori MTB Centre, we pass through the river of the Llémena and the riverbed of the Ter, until near Constantins, where the forest track is set to reach the summit of Sant Grau (495 m.). The descent down the Ginestar slope takes us through a fast and technical forest track, passing through the lime oven, Ginestar and all the edge of the Llémena river until we reach the Pineda and the MTB Centre.

The departure and arrival area has good parking. During the opening season the MTB Centre has different services.
