Aqva is located in the Old Quarter of Girona, a historic site that still preserves the streets and buildings of years ago. The interior of our thermal baths have also preserved this charm, where historical finds of up to two thousand years ago have been made. A Roman villa was discovered of which a furnace of 1rst century was preserved, an oil lamp with the face of a minor god of the same period -High Roman Empire- and you can see walls of Roman period  of 2nd century A.D. next to the Via Augusta, on its way through the city of Gerunda.
