The area between Salt and Girona allows us to discover the agricultural area of the vegetable gardens and the natural area of the Salt meadows along the banks of the river Ter. The meadows of Salt are an area of great ecological value. The orchard area has adapted to the social changes of the environment, and nowadays, horticultural use is focused more on social use than on productive use.

This route, shared between Girona and Salt, will allow you to discover the agricultural area of the vegetable gardens of Santa Eugènia and the natural area of the Deveses de Salt along the banks of the River Ter, with a route that partially coincides with the Carrilet greenway between Olot and Girona.
